Yes. Every item is sourced from established, reputable Japanese secondhand marketplaces with their own authentication and quality standards. We don't source from unknown sellers or unverified platforms. We vet every item before it is on this website.

Where are the items located?
Items are sourced from Japan. We try and list item's current location when possible within the notes for the product

Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No. The listed price is the final price. We don't charge separately for customs duties, international freight, or domestic delivery. It's all included.

How long does delivery take?
It depends on where the item is in the supply chain. Items shipping from Japan typically take 1–3 weeks.

What condition are the items in?
All items are secondhand. We select pieces in good to excellent condition and note any flaws in the product description. Measurements are provided on every listing so you can check fit before you buy.

Can I return an item?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please check all measurements of the garment before purchasing. If something arrives significantly different from the listing description, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, it's a flat fee of $50AUD. If you're from the US, we'll ensure we mark the item as a gift to minimise tariffs
